Recipes Featuring Native Lemon Aspen Gin

Ingredients
➤ 60 ml of Native Lemon Aspen Gin
➤ 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
➤ 15 ml of simple syrup (or adjust to your taste)
➤ A handful of fresh mint leaves
➤ Soda water to top up
➤ Ice cubes
Method
1. Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup to release their flavour.
2. Mix the Cocktail: Add the gin, lemon juice and some ice cubes and shake well for 10 seconds or until the shaker is frosty.
3. Pour and Top: Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with more ice cubes. Top up with soda water and stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of cucumber if desired.
