This liqueur began with a simple idea and a backyard full of incredible tangelos from our mate Andrew's backyard in Malvern. We couldn’t let that fruit go to waste, so we turned it into something special, bright, juicy, and full of character.
Perfect for summer spritzers or cocktails, it’s a versatile citrus hit that brings sunshine to any glass.

Recipes Featuring Native Lemon Aspen Gin
Aspen Fizz
Ingredients
➤ 60 ml (2 oz) native lemon aspen gin
➤ 30 ml (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
➤ 20 ml (2/3 oz) simple syrup
➤ 3 dashes of aromatic bitters
➤ Soda water
➤ Ice cubes
➤ Lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary, for garnish
Method
1. Prepare the Glass: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and set aside to chill.
2. Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the lemon aspen gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and aromatic bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
3. Pour and Top: Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass. Top off with soda water to your preference.
4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately and enjoy!
